The communication was excellent before, during and after the rental process. All the questions I had were answered with top notch customer service. These guys have your back even if you are in Amarillo, Texas.
Customer support is amazing! I had lots of questions some that were not even about there drone but my personal Drone. They even went as far to text me while I was on the job and couldn't talk! I will definitely rent from them again. It's a lot better that DJI support.
Working with Blue Skies to arrange a complex, last minute rental was great. Blue Skies is incredibly accommodating, professional, flexible, and personal. They were always available, and spent more than their fair share of time fielding tons of questions and dealing with lots of requirements and hoops with our university's system. Exceeded expectations.
I needed a drone for a job that I was hired to do (my drone was in for repair). I had no problems getting a drone from them in a timely manner. I believe it was a fair price, and I got to use a brand new drone. I will certainly use them again whether it is for a drone rental, purchase or a repair.

Great speedy service.PS: Wish the insurance fee covered damaged housing. I'd pay more (for insurance) as a first timer for the peace of knowing it's covered for the full unit.

I had a great experience renting a DJI Phantom 3 Pro. Batteries showed up charged 100% and ready to fly. Everything was smooth sailing. 4 stars due to missing quick start guide. But the DJI website had all the info I needed.
I was renting out then purchasing a drone, and I had no problems communicating with the staff in a timely manner. My package did come with a usb charger missing, but they immediately credited the difference back to me, after offering to deliver the lost piece via next day delivery. All transactions were easy to follow--zero complaints!
