- This agreement shall be between the Seller (Blue Skies Drone Rental) and the current buyer and shall be in force when the buyer makes payment for a used drone.
- Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this used drone sales agreement.
- Buyer acknowledges that they have sufficiently tested and flown the drone and found it to be in an acceptable condition.
- Buyer acknowledges they are purchasing a used drone “as is” with no guarantees and no possibility of returns.
- Seller shall not be held responsible for any accident, mishap, dysfunctional operation, damage to person, damage to equipment, or damage to property that may happen as a result of buying, operating, and using a used drone.
